ยฝ cup melted butter
24 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 large eggs
1 cup chocolate chips
ยฝ cup heavy cream
Crushed peanuts for garnish
Directions:

Step 1: Mix the crushed chocolate cookies with melted butter and press into the bottom of a springform pan. Set aside.

Step 2: Beat together cream cheese, peanut butter, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing until fully incorporated.

Step 3: Pour the batter over the cookie crust and bake at 325ยฐF (160ยฐC) for 45โ€“50 minutes or until the center is set. Allow to cool completely.

Step 4: Melt chocolate chips with heavy cream to make a ganache. Pour it over the cheesecake, allowing it to drip over the edges. Garnish with crushed peanuts.
